Meditation for Stress relief

Stress is one of the main sources of wear and tear on the mind and body. Science says that it is deeply and firmly rooted in our basic survival instincts. Stress can affect anyone and everything we do. It even happens to little kids. They can get stress from regular school work, after-school activities, exams, relationship issues with friends, etc. just like adults do.

You also can get stress trying to keep everyone in the family happy! Stress will make you want to skip going to work and gym, lead you to make bad choices in life, binge eat, shop for what you don’t want…. The life we lead today on the fast track, doesn’t leave much space for us to take things easily, or relax. Everything that happens throughout the day is – if you don’t learn to take things easy – stressful.
