If you are worried about the dark elbows and knees that take flawlessness away from you, here are a few home treatments and tips to follow.


Citrus fruits

Studies have suggested that citrus fruit is good for lightening the dark areas of elbows and knees. However, you can easily reap some of the benefits by using lemons or other citrus fruits from your own kitchen. Simply squeeze the juices out of the citrus fruit into a cup. Then, use a cotton ball or wash cloth to apply the juice directly to your elbow. Repeat this process daily for better results.
